Project Description THREAD is exploring the feasibility of providing 3 solar photovoltaic lamps each, to 110,000 Tribal families in Orissa Unfortunately, the Emission Reductions per lamp are so low that the financials do not work out. So the project has temporarily been put on hold, till a favourable change occurs in the Methodology.
